These Terms & Conditions govern your use of our website and services. By placing an order with American Paints Ghana, you agree to the terms set out below.

1.1 This website is operated by American Paints Ghana. Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to American Paints Ghana.
1.2 By purchasing from us—online, in-store, or through our support platforms—you agree to abide by these terms and conditions.
1.3 These terms may be updated from time to time, so please review them periodically before placing orders.
2. Contract of Sale
2.1 All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to cancel any order before delivery for any reason, including pricing errors or availability issues.
2.2 An order confirmation does not establish a contract of sale. A final contract is only valid once we process and dispatch your order.
2.3 We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any transaction at our discretion.

4. Delivery
4.1 We offer delivery across Ghana. Delivery charges, timelines, and procedures are outlined on our Contact Us page.
4.2 Delivery is complete when the product is received at your designated address. In buildings with shared access, any person present may sign for the package.
4.3 If a delivery is not received and is returned to us, you may be charged a re-delivery fee.
4.4 Please inspect packages on arrival. If you suspect tampering, refuse the delivery and notify us immediately.
5. Prices
5.1 All prices are listed in Ghana Cedis (GHS) and include VAT unless otherwise stated.
5.2 Prices are subject to change without prior notice due to supplier adjustments or market fluctuations.
6. Returns and Exchanges
6.1 Returns are accepted under our Return Policy, provided they meet the outlined conditions.
6.2 Tinted paints, custom mixes, and color-matched products are non-refundable.
7. Intellectual Property
7.1 All content, text, graphics, and images on this website are the property of American Paints Ghana or used with permission.
7.2 Unauthorized use of this content is prohibited.
8. Risk and Ownership
8.1 Risk of damage or loss transfers to the buyer upon delivery.
8.2 Ownership of the goods passes to you once full payment is received.
9. Colour Accuracy
9.1 We strive to ensure color accuracy in our Color Matching service. However, screen displays may differ from actual paint results.
9.2 Testers or small quantities are recommended before placing large orders.
10. Promotions and Discounts
10.1 From time to time, we may offer promotions or discount codes.
10.2 Promotions cannot be combined and may not apply retroactively.
10.3 American Paints Ghana reserves the right to cancel or modify promotions at any time.
11. Mobile Communication
11.1 By signing up to receive SMS or WhatsApp notifications, you agree to receive transactional and promotional messages.
11.2 You may opt-out at any time by replying STOP or contacting support@americanpaintsghana.com.
