Return Policy – American Paints Ghana
At American Paints Ghana, we strive to ensure customer satisfaction. If you’re not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may be eligible for a return and refund—subject to the conditions outlined below.
Eligible Returns
We accept returns within seven (7) days of the purchase date (as shown on your receipt), provided the following conditions are met:
The product is in its original, unopened condition
You provide proof of purchase
All bundled items are returned with their components
Please note: Customers are responsible for return arrangements and transportation costs. We do not reimburse delivery or courier fees.
Excluded Products
The following items cannot be returned:
Tinted paints and custom-mixed colors
Special order or customized products
Products mixed using our color matching tools or prepared to customer specifications
Refund Processing
Refunds are typically processed within five (5) business days of accepting the return in-store or through an authorized distributor.
Additional delays may occur depending on your bank, mobile money provider, or financial institution.
Refunds will be issued using the original method of payment (cash, mobile money, or bank transfer).
All refunds are subject to statutory tax deductions, if applicable.
Policy Violations & Fraud Prevention
We reserve the right to:
Decline returns that violate this policy
Cancel/refuse orders in cases of suspected fraud or abuse
Close customer accounts with repeated violations
